Ticketing

When does the Early Bird tickets go on sale? Early Bird tickets are on sale from 3pm Friday 19th January until 3pm 29th January 2024.  Early Bird ticket holders will receive a discount on their ticket purchase.

What are the ticket prices? Early Bird tickets are $95, General Tickets (after Early Bird ends) are $105 and only if the festival does not sell out tickets will be available at the gate for $105.  Kids 12 and under are $35.  All ticket prices include the booking fee.  Credit card charges may apply.

Where can I purchase tickets? Tickets are available via Moshtix.  Please ensure you enter the correct email address as your tickets will be emailed to you.

Are there family passes? No.  We know families come in different sizes and have adjusted the children’s ticket prices to reflect this.

Do I need to print my ticket? Yes, please print your tickets, alternatively we can scan your electronic ticket.

Will there be wristbands? Yes, please take good care of these as they will not be replaced if lost.

Will there be tickets at the gate? Yes, but only if the festival has not sold out prior.  In the event that tickets do not sell out prior to the festival date, tickets will be available to purchase at the gate for $105. But we recommend you get in early and buy your tickets online (www.moshtix.com) to save some bucks and make sure you don’t miss out.

I can’t find my ticket? If you have misplaced your ticket please reach out to our ticketing partner Moshtix here, to have your ticket reissued.

I have a ticket and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?  While we understand circumstances can change, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.  However, should the event be postponed, a major change like headline artist, venue change (outside of the township area) refunds will be offered. Or if you have a medical emergency (proof will need to be provided) please reach out to our team via Facebook messenger.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, you can.  Reach out to our ticketing partner Moshtix here to arrange a change of name on your ticket.

 

 

General Event Information

What artists are performing? Head over to our Facebook, Instagram or the Moshtix website to find all the details.

What time will each artist be performing? Artist performance schedule can be viewed here. You can also view the schedule on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Will I need cash or can I use EFTPOS? We are working on bringing in signal boosters to allow our vendors to use EFTPOS, however, we suggest you bring enough cash for the duration of the event.

Do I need to bring ID? Yes, if you are 18+ and intend to drink alcohol please bring the appropriate ID.

Is the venue disability friendly? Yes.  The ground is flat but on an oval.  Ambulant toilet will be available.  Please let us know when you purchase your ticket if you require any further assistance.

Can we bring chairs, tables, umbrella or a marquee? Yes bring a chair, sunshade umbrellas will also be permitted.  Please no large umbrellas or marquees

Can I bring my dog?  No, except for special needs dogs.  Please do not turn up with your furry best mate, as we will have to refuse you entry.

Can I BYO food and drink into the event area? No.  Drinks and food will be available to purchase within the event area.

Where can I park my car? Car parking is available around the oval, and a short walk to the festival site.  Follow the road signs on the day to access the day parking site.

Is there a site plan? The festival area site plan can be viewed here.

Is this a family friendly event? Sure is!  Please note this is a licensed event, minors are to be accompanied by an adult as per Liquor Licensing Regulations.

Is there security? Yes, there is.  While we don’t see any foresable issues, the security team are there to ensure everyone has a great day and ensure the conditions of entry are met.  The conditions of entry can be viewed here.

 

Fundraising

What organisations are you raising funds for? RFDS, www.flyingdoctor.org.au

Why fundraise for these organisations? RFDS is a vital service to our region.

What portion of my ticket purchase goes to funds raised? $3 per ticket

 

Getting to Wudinna

Where is Wudinna? Wudinna is located on the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia, approximately 6 hours drive from Adelaide, a 1 hour 20mins drive from Streaky Bay and 2 hours drive from Port Lincoln.  Road trip anyone?!

Will buses be running from nearby towns? No. Not required. There is an RV Park / Campground on site.

What facilities are available in the town? Roadhouse & Hotel (7 days), Supermarket, On Ballentyne & Bakery (closes at 12pm Saturday). On Ballentyne opening Sunday 14th @ 9am.

Camping Information

Is there a cost for on-site camping? Yes if staying Friday or Sunday night, the RV Park is run by our local Show Society. Powered Sites are $15 and unpowered $10. Toilets and Showers available at RV Park.

Free Camping for festival goers Saturday Night ONLY.

Where is the RV Park? Find the RV PArk here on Google Maps.

Can I camp on-site without an event ticket? Yes. At the above fee.

What dates can I camp? The RV Park is open all year round but need to pay daily fee.

Do I need to book my campsite? No. Campsites are not allocated, first in first served.

Can I reserve a camping spot for a friend who is arriving later?  No. Campsites are first in first served, and want to ensure all spaces are filled to accommodate everyone.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol into our campsite? Yes, but please drink responsibly, this is not a booze fest, and please no glass. Drinks and food you bring with you are to be consumed in your campsite.

Will there be showers and toilets available? Shower and Toilets are available at the RV Park only for paying site members.

Can I have a campfire? No. The timing of the event although can be cool in the evening, will also be within the districts fire weather warning period.

Are bins provided? Yes, please place your rubbish in the bins or take it with you.

Can I bring a caravan? Yes, you can.

I’ve just got a swag, where can I camp? There is plenty of room at the RV Park for caravan and swag campers.

Is there water and power available in the campsite? Yes at the RV Park. Site Payment required.

Is there an RV dump point? Yes at RV Park

I’m not a fan of camping, is there other accommodation available? Yes, there is accommodation at Gawler Ranges Motel & Caravan Park 72 Eyre Highway, Wudinna South Australia 5652 ·

 

Food, Drink & Facilities

What food is available to buy? A range of food vendors will be located within the festival area to purchase food.  You can also have food within your own campsite, please note this food will not be able to be brought into the festival area.

What food vendors will there be at the festival? We are still locking in our foodies, but we guarantee lots of delicious choices to keep you fueled for the day.  Check back here for a list of food vendors closer to the festival date.

Are there vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available? Yes there will be.  Check back here for a list of the food vendors who will provide these options closer to the festival date.

Can I buy alcohol at the event? Yes.  Alcohol can be purchased and consumed within the concert area.  We will have a great selection of all your normal alcoholic beverages.  You will not be able to take alcohol from the concert area to your campsite.

Is drinking water and other non-alcoholic drinks available at the festival? Yes, there is.

Is first aid available? Yes. We have a medic team from the time gates open to closing.

Will breakfast be available on the Sunday morning? Yes!  The Sunday morning recovery breakfast with bacon and eggs sandwiches will be at the Cricket Shed (near camp grounds) from 8am.

Also, On Ballentyne are opening 9am – 11am for Coffees and Croissants. You’ll find On Ballentyne at 58 Ballantyne St, Wudinna SA 5652.

 

Merchandise

What merchandise is available and where can I get it?  A small range of festival and artist merchandise will be available to purchase at the festival.   

Weather

What will the weather be like?  The weather around the end of March, early April can range from tops of 25 to 30 degrees with overnight temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees. Perfection!

Is there shade available? We will have some marquees at the back of the festival site offering shaded areas, however, we recommend a big hat, sunnies and sunscreen.
